- Tilt Up And Down: Put both TV Hooks With TV Screen Onto The Mount Plate, And Then Lock The TV Bracket By Tightening the Screw. You Can Adjust The TV from +0° To -0° By Loosening The Plastic Knob After You Confirm The TV Angle is OK, Please Tighten The Plastic Knob Again.
